What we do
We arrange England Boxing BCR1 medicals, club medicals, ringside doctor cover and tailored medical packages with independent clinics and England Boxing-registered doctors. We act as your booking agent: we book and pay for your appointment with the clinic on your behalf, in your name.
We are not a medical provider. The clinic and doctor carry out the medical, make all clinical decisions, and record your result on England Boxing's system. They are responsible for your care.
Prices
- Easy BCR1: £50 all in, at one of our trusted clinics.
- Search bookings: the clinic's price shown on the site, plus a £2 booking fee.
- Club medicals, fight night cover and tailored packages: the price we quote you on WhatsApp before you confirm.
Clinic prices come from each clinic and can change. If the price has changed by the time we book, we tell you before you pay anything extra.
Paying
- We take payment by bank transfer only. We don't charge card fees.
- Live times: you can pay straight away after sending your booking, using the details and booking reference shown.
- Requested times: don't pay until we've confirmed the time with the clinic. We'll then send you a payment link.
- Please always use your booking reference so we can match your payment. We book your appointment once your payment has reached us.
If we can't book your time
Live times are checked with each clinic's booking system 4 times a day, so a time can occasionally go before we book it. If that happens, we'll offer you the next available time or refund you in full within 24 hours. You choose.
Changing or cancelling
- Before your appointment is booked: cancel any time for a full refund.
- Easy BCR1, once booked: you can change or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours we can't give a refund, unless the clinic refunds us, in which case we pass it on in full.
- Search bookings, once booked: the clinic's own cancellation policy applies. It's shown on each clinic's listing. If the clinic refunds or moves your booking, we pass that on to you in full. The £2 booking fee isn't refundable once your appointment is booked.
- Club, fight night and tailored bookings: the cancellation terms we agree with you when we confirm the quote apply.
To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp on 07466 876541 with your booking reference. Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 5 working days.
Missed or late appointments
If you miss your appointment, or arrive too late for the clinic to see you, we can't give a refund. Clinics usually ask you to arrive 10 minutes early.
Before your medical
- The boxer must have England Boxing membership and age verification done on The Locker before the appointment. Without them, the doctor can't record the result, and the appointment counts as missed.
- Bring photo ID, your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them, and a list of any medication and past injuries.
- Tell the doctor about any health conditions, injuries or past concussions. Keeping something back could put you at risk.
Your result
The doctor decides whether you're fit to box. We can't guarantee a pass, and the fee is still payable if you're not passed fit, or if the doctor asks for further tests first. Some clinics offer a free re-check within a set time; we'll tell you if yours does.
Junior boxers
For boxers under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking, and should come with them to the appointment.
Our responsibility to you
We'll arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill, and keep you updated on WhatsApp. We're not responsible for the medical care itself, the clinic's decisions, or delays caused by the clinic or by England Boxing's sign-off process. If something goes wrong with our part of the service, the most we're responsible for is the amount you paid us for that booking. This doesn't limit our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, message us on WhatsApp on 07466 876541. We'll reply within 2 working days and do our best to put it right.
