How payment works
You pay by bank transfer, so there are no card fees. Your money goes straight on to the clinic.

Send your request
Pick a time and send it to us on WhatsApp. You get a booking reference.

Pay by bank transfer
Booked a live time? Pay straight away with the details shown and your reference. Requested a time? We check with the clinic first, then send you a payment link. You pay the clinic's price plus a £2 booking fee.

We book it for you
As soon as you've paid, we pay the clinic and book the appointment in your name, so you get the clinic's own confirmation email.

If we can't book it
Live times are checked 4 times a day, so a slot can occasionally go before we book it. If it has, we'll offer you the next time or refund you in full within 24 hours. Your choice.
